Rath Yatra organized by Ramcharit Manas Charitable Trust from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya in Gujarat, 1008 devotees will join

History will repeat itself after 33 years and one more Sriramcharitmanas Yatra will take place. This Yatra will be held on the same route as before, ie from Ahmedabad in Gujarat to Ayodhya. Starting from Ahmedabad, the Yatra will reach Ayodhya, in which 1008 devotees have registered to participate.

AHMEDABAD: In an effort to commemorate the inauguration day of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, as a humanitarian activity, the social welfare organization Ramcharit Manas Charitable Trust has decided to organize and conduct the Ramcharitmanas Yatra, which will be held from Ahmedabad to Ayodhya. This 18 day long journey will start on January 08, 2024 and reach Ayodhya on January 20, 2024. Where on January 22, 2024, the temple will be flagged off and its 'flag hoisting' will take place. Devotees will have darshan here on January 23, 2024 and return to Ahmedabad on January 25, 2024.

1008 Pilgrims to join : The Yatra will visit a total of 12 cities, big and small. With which 1008 pilgrims will be connected and more than 500 volunteers will serve to provide them all kinds of facilities. It is important to note here that the Ramcharitmanas Yatra will surely impress its important teachings on the hearts of the pilgrims and the people of the towns they will pass through.

Invited Celebrity Shows will be organised : For this a 3 hour break will be taken at each location for pictorial representation of Ramlila. Here apart from Ramlila, local artistes will display other arts, invited eminent religious and thought leaders will conduct satsang and sing bhajans or invite celebrity shows. However, the 'Ramnaam' mahamantra will be echoed continuously throughout the entire Ramcharitmanas yatra to keep the participating pilgrims engrossed on the route and provide them with a sacred atmosphere. 15 Pandits (both local and renowned) will perform 'Ramnaam' mahamantra or 'jaap' along with the recitation of Ramcharitmanas and its 'recitations', special tracks have been made to depict Ramlila and bhajans will play in the background.
